Timing:

Check-out next day @11:00 am

Kitchen Cleaning Charges ₹1,000/- per night.
Advance payment will be non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Refundable Deposit of ₹5,000/- payable at the time of check-in compulsory.
Linen will be changed only for 3 nights booking.
Payment:
50% Payment in Advance
50% Payment at the time of check-in.

Villa Rules:
1] Carry the Photo ID Proof, Confirmation whatsapp /email Copy and Form Copy with you at the time of check-in.
2] Any damaged caused to the property or any equipment on the property will be charged to the guest.
3] Drinking & Eating Inside The Pool Is Strictly Prohibited
5] Maximum 12 guests allowed. Extra guest charges will be ₹1,000 per person per night.
6] Late checkout Will cost you ₹1,000 per hour.
