Please note the following important terms:
- Role as Booking Facilitator: We only facilitate bookings and do not own or manage the villas. We are not responsible for any service-related issues during your stay. All services and operations are managed by the villa owners or their teams.
- Advance Payment: We collect only 50% of the total amount as an advance to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the villa owner or manager before check-in.
- Amenities Confirmation: Guests must confirm all offered amenities before making the balance payment. Once the balance is paid, we are not responsible for any issues related to amenities, power outages, or service disruptions.
- Complaints Handling: Any issues during the stay must be addressed directly with the property owner or manager. We do not mediate service-related complaints after the booking is completed.
- No Refund Policy: We do not offer any refunds, as we do not own or operate the properties listed. All bookings are final once confirmed.

Non-Refundable Policy

1. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are confirmed only after half payment.
- Once payment is received, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or changes in plans.
Please note that our cancellation policy is strictly non-refundable. - However, in certain cases, if we allow a date change, the booking can be rescheduled only once, and must be utilized within 3 months from the original booking date. No extensions will be allowed beyond this period.

2. Changes or Rescheduling
- Guests may request a rescheduling at least 40 days before the original check-in date, subject to availability and an additional fee.
- If rescheduling is not possible, the booking amount remains non-refundable.
3. Exceptions
In rare cases, such as emergencies (natural disasters or government-mandated restrictions), we may offer a credit note for a future stay at our discretion. No cash refunds will be issued.
4. Security Deposit
- The ₹5000 security deposit remains refundable after the stay, provided there are no damages or breaches of villa policies.
