No Refunds on Cancellations
All bookings made through bestvillalonavala.com are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
This applies to cancellations made by the guest for any reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances, change of plans, delays, or emergencies.
Date Changes & Rescheduling
Rescheduling of bookings is subject to villa availability and our management’s discretion. Additional charges may apply.
Once a booking is confirmed, dates cannot be changed without prior approval from our team.
No-Show Policy
If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date, the entire booking amount will be forfeited.
Force Majeure / Unforeseen Events
In case of natural calamities, government restrictions, or events beyond our control, bookings may be rescheduled (subject to management approval), but no refunds will be issued.
