Rules
1) Check-in time: 01:00 PM And Check-out time: 11:00 AM. Late check-out penalty is the full booking amount of the next day.

2) No entry will be permitted without complete payment. Remaining payment needs to be paid while check-in.

3) Refundable security deposit amount (Rs.3000) needs to be paid while check-in.

4) Guests need to submit photocopy of Government ID while check-in.

5) After 10.00 PM, Speaker music and use of swimming pool is prohibited.

6)Use of drugs are strictly prohibited in the property.

07) Kitchen Charges Are Extra 1000/-

08) All guests need to take care of their belongings and valuables left in the accommodation unit.we are not responsible for you lost

9) Advance Paid is not refundable in any case.

10) Visitors for guest’s residing at property are not allowed.

11) weekdays 500/- & weekend 1000/- per person is charged for a extra guest

12) Guest need to compensate if there is any of the physical damage to the property.

13) Spitting in the property will be charged 500/- Fine

14) Villas Are continuously booked ,we may take longer time than usual for cleaning purpose ,which may result in late check-in.
